Services and Fees

In an effort to provide you with the best possible information, we have listed our fees on this website. These fees are for staging services only; if you require additional services such as repairs, painting, upgrades, etc. we will provide you with a written estimate prior to performing these services. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Please note: We will work within your budget

Level Two Staging - $895 (approximately 7 hours)

This staging service includes a consultation and staging by Catherine. During this time, the home will be re-organized, re-designed and staged for sale. Included in this service is a written staging plan, before and after photographs, re-organization, staging, and a guide for living in a staged home.

Level One Staging - $495 (approximately 4 hours)

This staging service includes a consultation and staging by Catherine. During this time, the home will be re-organized, re-designed and staged for sale. Included in this service is a written staging plan, before and after photographs, re-organization, staging, and a guide for living in a staged home.

Consultation for the DIY client - $395 (approximately 2 hours)

This consultation includes an in-depth analysis with a detailed plan in writing. The plan will include before and after photographs. The before pictures will be included with the staging plan. Once the DIY client has completed the staging process, Catherine will return to take after photographs. These pictures will be provided to the DIY client for use in their marketing program. The after photographs also provide the client with a visual aid to help them maintain the staging while their house is on the market.

E-Staging Level Two - $295 (up to 6 rooms; additional rooms for a nominal fee)

This service includes a detailed staging plan based on client submitted photographs. Clients should submit 5 photographs per room which have been taken from all angles of the room. Clients will receive their detailed staging plan within 1 – 2 business days. Level two e-staging includes Staging by Catherine’s marketing program. Clients will need to provide after photographs of all staged rooms for use in the marketing program.

Marketing Program - $195

After pictures of newly staged homes will be submitted to realtors, MLS listings, and placed on our hosted website. These listings will include the seller’s information and listing. The seller will be provided with a copy of the marketing information to use in their home sales campaign. The marketing program can be added to any staging project.

Shopping Service - $100 per hour for the first two hours; $75 per hour for each additional hour.

This service includes shopping for design accessories needed to complete the staging. Industry discounts will be passed on to the client. Staging by Catherine will provide clients with a detailed invoice.

Color Consultation - $75 per hour

This service is available to assist home owners in selecting the ideal colors for their home's interior and exterior walls. Choosing the right colors for your home can be overwhelming to many people, Staging by Catherine can recommend the perfect colors for your home. Painting your home is one of the most cost effective ways to prepare your house for sale; it is also a great way to freshen and update your current home allowing you to continue to enjoy living in it for years to come.
